JFH Group began long before it had a name. It started in Uniondale and Hempstead on Long Island where two brothers grew up watching their mother build a life through hard work, faith, and creativity.
In a small home filled with music laughter and constant motion their mother showed them what it means to show up for people. She worked long hours and still found the energy to support every idea every project and every dream her sons brought to the table.
Uniondale and Hempstead shaped their eyes and their values. They saw hustle on every corner and creativity in every block party church event and family gathering. They learned that talent means nothing without discipline and that community is the real measure of success.
As they grew older, the two brothers took different paths but carried the same mission. One leaned into visual storytelling and leadership. The other leaned into engineering, music, and systems. JFH Group is the home they built to help others look good, run better, and succeed.

Active Duty Military. Cybersecurity. Photographer and Creative Director.
Josiah doesn't just work in cyber — he runs operations. On active duty, he manages critical systems and leads mission coordination, ensuring people, infrastructure, and resources are ready when the mission calls. That same operational precision is what drives every creative decision he makes. At JFH Group, Josiah leads creative direction and visual production — translating a founder's vision into campaigns, content, and brand experiences that hit with intent. His goal is simple: build the platform he once wished existed and open doors for the next generation of talent.
Joshua Forbes Hart
Music Producer. Production Manager. Engineer.
Joshua is an engineer by trade and a music producer by heart. Years at sea taught him how to manage complex systems stay calm in chaos and keep every detail in sync. In the studio he uses that same mindset to build sound that feels clean powerful and intentional.At JFH Group Joshua leads music production operations and technical strategy. He helps artists creators and brands shape sound that supports their story and keeps every project running smoothly behind the scenes. For Joshua excellence is not a moment it is a standard.
