What we collect, and what we do with it.

JFH Group LLC runs this website, jfhgrp.com, and the private quote forms we send to clients by link. On this page, "we" and "us" mean JFH Group LLC.

This page covers jfhgrp.com. It does not cover other websites we link to, or separate project and client sites, even when their address ends in jfhgrp.com.

What you send us

• Project form. The service you are interested in, your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to add it, and what you write about your project.
• Private quote forms. Your name, email address, and phone number, a backup contact if you add one, and the details of your event, such as the date, the place, the guest count, and your preferences.
• Messages. If you email, call, text, or message us, we have what you sent.
• Payments. If you pay a deposit or an invoice online, the payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details. We receive a record of the payment, such as the amount, your name, and your email address. We never see your full card number.

If you give us someone else's details, such as a backup contact, please make sure they are fine with that.

What arrives on its own

• With a form. When you send a form, we save the type of browser and device you used. Your IP address is used at that moment to limit repeat submissions and to run the human check. We do not save your IP address with your answers. We keep a scrambled, one-way version of it so the limit can work.
• Page views. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page you viewed, the page that sent you here, your approximate location (country, region, and city), and your browser, operating system, and device type. It does not use cookies on this site, and Vercel says the counts are not tied to you or to your IP address.
• Hosting. Like every website, the servers that deliver this one see your IP address and basic request details, and our hosting providers may keep those in their logs for a limited time.
• Drafts in your browser. A private quote form keeps your unfinished answers in your own browser tab so a refresh does not lose them. That draft stays on your device and is cleared when you send the form or close the tab.

This site does not set cookies of its own. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not buy information about you from anyone, and this site does not ask you to create an account.

• To reply to you and talk with you about your project, by email, phone, or text.
• To prepare your quote, plan the work, and deliver it, including agreements and invoices.
• To keep ordinary business records, such as bookkeeping and taxes.
• To keep spam and abuse out of our forms.
• To see which pages are useful, in totals rather than person by person.

We use AI software as part of how we work, including to organize requests and to draft quotes, replies, and documents. That means details you send us may be processed by the AI providers we use. A person on our team reads what comes in, makes the decisions, and sends every reply.

We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the people and services that help us do the work.

Our team. People on our team, and contractors we trust such as a photographer or an editor on your project, see what they need for the job.

Services we use

We do not share phone numbers, or your agreement to be texted, with anyone for their marketing.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. If the business is ever sold or merged, your information may move with it.

We keep project and event records while we are working together, and afterward for as long as we need them for ordinary business records such as bookkeeping and taxes.

If you asked about a project and it did not go forward, we may keep your message so the history is there if you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something, such as the record of a payment.

The scrambled entries that limit repeat form submissions hold nothing else about you, and older ones are deleted automatically as new forms come in.

Our forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Your answers go into a database that the public website cannot read. Only our own server code can write to it, and only authorized people on our team can open it. The forms also use a human check and a limit on repeat submissions to keep bots out.

No system is perfect, so we collect only what we need. If we ever learn that your information was exposed, we will tell you.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@jfhgrp.com, or call or text +1 (678) 453-4213. A real person will help you. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

You can tell us to stop calling or texting you at any time, and we will.

You can leave optional fields blank. The phone number on the project form is optional.

Our work includes photos and videos of real people. If you appear in something on this site and want it changed or taken down, contact us and we will work it out with you.

This site and its forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is a significant one, we will say so plainly here.
